Crystal Springs Uplands School also supports parents and guardians during their child’s education through parent-specific programs such as the Spanish Speaking Family Network, Partners in Education, and with the support of our Parent Association Diversity and Inclusion Liaisons.
Parent Association Diversity and Inclusion Liaisons
In keeping with our core value of practicing kindness and inclusion, the CSUS PA Diversity and Inclusion Liaison role is designed to support the school’s strategic initiatives related to diversity, equity and inclusion. This role specifically focuses on fostering inclusion among the parent and guardian community as well as developing parent programs to honor our community’s commitment to equity, inclusion, and social justice.
Partners in Education
PiE is a joint initiative of Crystal’s Parent Association and Administration that brings experts and thought leaders in parenting and education to Crystal to present to and interact with parents (and often students and teachers as well).
The goal of PIE is to provide opportunities for parents and the school to engage with one another in open and honest ways, and allow a forum for ongoing discussion on issues of common interest.
