The Mind Body Program (MBP) roots itself in the harmony between mental and physical well-being. This is pivotal during school years and foundational for a thriving adulthood. Students equip themselves with insights and tools needed to make enlightened choices for enduring health and vitality. This technology-based program merges athletics, health, science, and cross-disciplinary endeavors. To deepen students’ grasp of fitness essentials, Fitness Lab rotation spans from ninth to eleventh grade and culminates in the development of Individual Fitness Plan.
