I currently play volleyball, am part of the ambassador program, and will be participating in the Model UN camp being held at Crystal this summer. Additionally, I will be in the upcoming dance show.
I’d have to say that I have two favorite parts regarding being a Crystal ambassador. The first is getting to meet and interact with families. It is so refreshing and interesting to be able to meet possible new students and hear their diverse perspectives. I feel honored, in short, to be able to represent Crystal and how our students express themselves, as I may be their first impressions of real students. My other favorite part is definitely just talking about what makes our school so great in the first place. While it’s easy to visualize and internalize Crystal’s many positive qualities, being able to verbalize those thoughts just enhances the sense of pride as well as increasing the overall gratitude I have to be part of the community.
