The Gryphon’s PathBrick Naming Policy & Guidelines

Each commemorative brick represents a lasting tribute to the Crystal community that has built and sustained our school. Inscriptions may include family names, class years, brief tributes, or words of appreciation. Donors who make a gift of $5,000 or more to the Thrive Together / Power of Place Campaign are invited to reserve one brick on the Gryphon’s Path.
SPECIFICATIONS
  • Each brick accommodates up to two lines of text, with a maximum of 26 characters per line (including spaces and punctuation).
  • Standard character set only (letters, numbers, and basic punctuation).

  • Class years may be formatted as ’98 or 1998.
  • To ensure broad community representation on The Gryphon’s Path, we invite each family to reserve one commemorative brick.

CONTENT GUIDELINES
  • Messages must be appropriate for public display.
  • The school reserves the right to edit or reject any inscription to ensure clarity, length, and consistency of style.
  • No political statements, commercial references, or derogatory language.

RECOGNITION LEVELS
  • $5,000+ Brick: Custom nameplate on the Mansion walkway
  • $50,000+ Brick: As above, including a special Gryphon insignia 

INSTALLATION SCHEDULE
Bricks will be installed during the final stages of the Mansion Renovation in late summer of 2026.
STEWARDSHIP & FUTURE CONSIDERATIONS
The school intends for the Gryphon’s Path bricks to be a lasting tribute and will steward the path with great care. In the unlikely event that future campus developments require adjustments, the school reserves the right to relocate, modify, or remove bricks if necessary. While permanence cannot be guaranteed, any changes will be made thoughtfully and in keeping with the spirit of honoring our community.
DEADLINE FOR GRYPHON'S PATH RESERVATIONS
Pledge commitments and brick inscriptions must be received by June 5, 2026.
