MS Students Curate Historic Islamic Innovations

Seventh grade History students re-created favorite innovations from Islamic history as part of a larger classroom museum project. At the same time, students are putting their science hats on with science teacher Elyse Debuysser to experiment with the process of mummification. Students are using real mummification techniques to test what happens to an apple as it decomposes.
