The Upper School buzzed with insightful conversations and collaborative energy on April 1 and April 3 as we hosted our third annual Building CommUNITY Conference. This vital event provided a dedicated platform for students and PAC to share their thoughtful work and initiatives surrounding diversity, equity, and inclusion with the wider Upper School community.

Madame Petit and Mr. Martinez’s Physics classes conducted a nighttime stargazing night lab recently. About 40 students observed Saturn, Jupiter, Venus, Mars, and the moon. They used the telescopes from Mr. Patterson's former astronomy class, which ran until he retired in SY 2014-2015.
Eighth graders prepare to represent their trip in style! Under the direction of Meredith Muller, our Middle School Makerspace Manager, who runs a Co-Curricular, Helpful Hands devoted to making durable solutions for our community with the tools that we have, our students designed swag to represent each of our 8th grad trips!
