I chose Crystal over other schools because the relationships within the community are very prevalent and close here at Crystal. The teachers genuinely care about the students and encourage brave conversations and questions. The small community enables us to become close with people not only in our grade but in other grades as well. The small class size also provided me with more individualized attention from my teachers, which in turn increased my confidence in all my classes. Not only that but at my first Crystal visit, I was welcomed by students and teachers alike. This exemplifies one of our core values: fostering kindness and inclusion. The multiple opportunities in extracurricular activities drew me even closer to Crystal. I found multiple passions, and I’m constantly finding more and learning about myself through that process. I feel at home at Crystal and know I can be my full, authentic self.
